Vande Bharat Express: Preparations are on to start Vande Bharat Express train from Bhopal to Lucknow from October. Sitting Vande Bharat Express will have chair car and executive class facilities. Railway officials say that this state-of-the-art semi-high speed train will cover long distances in less time. This train will prove to be especially beneficial for those passengers who want to complete their journey in less time.
Trial run will be done in September
Bhopal Railway Division PRO Naval Agarwal said that the date of running the train has not been released yet. But the train rack will reach Bhopal in early September, after which a trial run of 10 to 15 days will be conducted. After the trial run is successful, permission will be obtained from the Railway Board. Regular operation of Vande Bharat Express train will start only after getting permission. According to the information received, the possible route may include major stations like the capital Bhopal (Bhopal to Lucknow Vande Bharat), Bina, Vidisha, Jhansi and Kanpur.
