However, the government is also launching chair car Vande Bharat one after the other. Now soon Vande Bharat train will be run between Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal and UP capital Lucknow.
According to sources, the Vande Bharat train running between Bhopal and Lucknow was initially going to have 16 coaches, but now it will be increased to 20 coaches. This will allow more passengers to travel by train. If sources are to be believed, information about the train’s schedule, timing, fare and stoppage can be released by the end of this month.
There are only two pit lines at Bhopal’s Rani Kamlapati station right now, while work is going on for a new pit line. This new pit line will be used for Vande Bharat. As soon as this work is done, the rack of Vande Bharat train will be provided.
At the same time, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav announced that 12,000 trains will be run for Bihar on the occasion of Diwali and Chhath festivals. This announcement has been made after his discussion with Bihar NDA leaders. The Railway Minister said that four Amrit Bharat trains will be started to connect Delhi and Gaya, Saharsa to Amritsar, Chhapra to Delhi and Muzaffarpur to Hyderabad. He also said that a Vande Bharat train will also be started between Purnia and Patna.
Vaishnav said, “It has been decided that 12,000 special trains will be run for the upcoming Diwali and Chhath festivals. 12,000 special trains will be run so that passengers do not face any inconvenience on these two big festivals. Those who will travel between October 13 and 26 and return between November 17 and December 1 will be given confirmed tickets and a discount of 20% will be given on the return journey. This experiment is also being done during this festive season.”
