Learn about Hologram Technique

  1. A hologram or holography can be simply called a three-dimensional (3D) picture, which is presented by means of static rays.
  2. Through this, such a person or thing can be shown in a place where he himself is not present.
  3. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is unveiling the hologram statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on 23 January 2022, it is the magic of this technology. Actually, it will take time to make the real statue, so the hologram statue will be shown there through static rays.
  4. The statue made with hologram technique cannot be touched, you can only see it. If you try to touch, your hands will be floating in the air, because the real statue will not be there.
  5. If you look at this hologram statue from some distance you will feel as if the statue is present there. But this statue will be being shown through rays.
  6. The hologram was invented only in the year 1947, which was later developed in 1960. It was developed by British Hungarian scientist Dennis Gabor.
  7. In later days it was used for industrial purposes. You may have seen a small ticket-sized hologram on many books and other things many times.

About India Gate

  • The India Gate was built by the British Government of that time in the memory of the 84,000 martyred soldiers who fought on behalf of Britain in the World War. Here the names of the martyred soldiers have also been registered. Amar Jawan Jyoti is also present at India Gate, which was inaugurated by the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on 26 January 1972.
  • The Amar Jawan Jyoti was established in honor of the soldiers who died in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971. In this war, the Indian Army had tasted a crushing defeat to Pakistan. The Pakistani army surrendered before the Indian Army by laying down its arms. Through this war, India separated East Pakistan from West Pakistan and created a separate nation in the form of Bangladesh.
  • This Amar Jawan Jyoti is now being lit in the torch of the National War Memorial. Today i.e. on Friday, January 21, the Amar Jawan Jyoti and the torch of the National War Memorial will be integrated in a grand program.

You would be surprised that it is quite easy to make a simple hologram at home using your smartphone and some common household materials. In fact, making holograms at homes used to be one of the most popular topics for making Youtube tech videos about five to six years ago.

Plus, you don’t have to spend much. You can use any smartphone and all you need is a plastic CD/DVD case (that came with the movies and games), a graph paper (for precise measurements, knife, scissors, glue and tape).
