For this, through a letter, you can send your grievances to the Department of Public Grievance Redressal, on receipt of the letter, a unique public grievance number will be given along with filing of complaint on the conciliation portal and the complaint will be sent to the complaint by SMS on the mobile number mentioned in the letter or unique public grievance number will be sent through the letter in case the number is not there. ,
