Actually, State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced a new service for its customers. Under the new service, customers have to make only one call or message on WhatsApp to get the ATM to their home. For this, SBI has issued two numbers (7052911911 and 7760529264). Actually SBI (State Bank of India) has decided to take its mobile ATM machines from door to door. For this, SBI has launched ‘On Demand, ATM at your door’ service.

mers that you just give us a WhatsApp and we will bring the ATM machine in front of your house. Customers have been told that you can also call the bank to call a mobile ATM home. SBI has started this new service in Lucknow. As soon as you call or WhatsApp message on 7052911911 and 7760529264 numbers, ATM machine will reach your door after some time. In this regard, Ajay Kumar Khanna, Chief General Manager, SBI Doorstep ATM, says that after its success in Lucknow, the service is ready to be implemented across the country soon. The bank said that it has been decided to take the ATM machine from door to door through mobile ATMs.
It is worth noting that already SBI is providing doorstep services to senior citizens and disabled customers, including cash deposit and withdrawal facility, check deposit facility, life certificate facility and KYC facility at home. For this, the registered address of the customer should be within 5 km radius of the bank.
