Pharma shares are upbeat on positive news on the vaccine. PFIZER has announced an emergency vaccine by November.

On the last day of the week, the market is witnessing pressure on the upper levels. The Nifty has slipped below 11950. The Nifty Bank is showing a decline of over 300 points from the day’s high. This week, Nifty has given 1.5 per cent and Nifty Bank has given 4 per cent.

Indian markets have started today with mixed global cues. The Sensex and the Nifty are seeing great gains. Along with the big stocks, small and medium stocks are also showing an upward trend. The mid-cap index of BSE is trading up by 0.46 per cent. On the other hand, the small-cap index is showing an increase of 0.65 percent. In today’s business, oil gas stocks are also being seen. The BSE’s Oil and Gas Index is trading at 0.35 per cent.

Presently, the Sensex is seen around 40,725 with a gain of 165 points. At the same time, the Nifty is seen crossing 11,950 with a gain of 55 points.

Nancy Pelosi has said that there has been progress in negotiations on the relief package. The Dow had gained 153 points to close at 28,364 yesterday. On the other hand, the US FDA has approved Remdesivir for the treatment of corona. According to the latest data, jobless claims have come down to 787,000 in the US. However, jobless claims are still in the upper levels in the US. On the other hand, there is mixed business in Asian markets.

Strategy on nifty

Virendra Kumar of CNBC-Awaaz says that its registration zone is 11954-11966. The larger registration zone is 12020–12040. The base zone is 11816-11772. The larger base zone is 11720–11710. FIIs still remain focused on long. DIIs continue to sell. 11727-11710 (20 DEMA) has a large base. The option base is at 11790. Big ups and downs are possible today but focus on shopping. Dow Futures and the second part of the day are very important.

Strategy on nifty bank

Virendra Kumar says that its registration zone is 24780-24840. The larger registration zone is 24980-25080. The base zone is 24250-24180. The larger base zone is 24040–23980. Focus on shopping. 24000-24200 is the critical base. Focus on 600 digits between 24200-24800.

RK Damani’s investment in Cochin Shipyard

Veteran investor Radhakrishna Damani has made a large investment in the Cochin Shipyard. He has bought about 7 lakh shares in Cochin Shipyard at a price of Rs 349.
