LPG Price Reduced: Today, from April 1, 2023, the new financial year i.e. 2023-24 has started and on the very first day of this new financial year, people have got relief on the prices of LPG cylinders.

Actually, petroleum companies review the prices of LPG, ATF, kerosene oil etc. on the first date of every new month and make changes in them.
Reduced prices of commercial cylinders
Petroleum companies have today cut the prices of LPG cylinders on the first day of the new financial year and this reduction has been done in the prices of commercial cylinders. The price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has been cut by up to Rs 92 today. In all these cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, the prices of commercial gas cylinders have been cut and they have become cheaper.

No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder
However, there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders and they are stable at the same prices as before. Domestic LPG cylinder price in Delhi is Rs 1103 per cylinder. The 14.2 kg domestic cooking gas cylinder was costlier by Rs 50 last month and the 19 kg commercial gas cylinder was costlier by Rs 350.
Know how much the price has decreased on LPG
From today onwards, commercial LPG cylinders will be available in Delhi at a cost of Rs 91.5 to Rs 2028. Whereas in Kolkata, LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 2132, being cheaper by Rs 89.5. On the other hand, in the financial capital Mumbai, LPG cylinder will be cheaper by Rs 91.50 and will be available for Rs 1980, which means its price has come down below Rs 2000. Whereas in Chennai, LPG cylinder will be cheaper by Rs 75.5 and will be available for Rs 2192.50.
