The Aadhaar card issued by the Government of India is the most important document for the citizens of the country. There is hardly any need to tell anyone about its importance and need. Many people keep the Aadhaar card together and many keep it at home. Sometimes we get into trouble due to the loss of the Aadhaar card, because without it many tasks are stopped. A lost mobile number is required along with the Aadhaar card if it is lost. If your Aadhaar is lost and you do not even have a registered mobile number, then how will the new Aadhaar card be generated? Let us tell you…
The first thing to do is to visit the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website https://uidai.gov.in/en/ through the browser of your phone or laptop. After this, the website of Aadhaar will open in front of you in Hindi. If you want to visit the English website, go to https://uidai.gov.in.
After this, you will get the option of Order Aadhaar Reprint in the section on Get Aadhaar on the left . Click on it and enter your Aadhaar number, security code and click on the box on Request OTP.
If you do not have a registered mobile number, after ticking Do Not Have Registered Mobile Number, enter the existing mobile number and click on Send OTP. After this, put the OTP on the mobile in the OTP box on the right side of the screen.
Aadhaar Card will be previewed after OTP is recorded. Information like name, date of birth and address etc. will be shown in the preview. After this you will have to pay Rs 50 online. You can pay with credit card, debit card, internet banking or with the help of UPI payment. Just after this, the Aadhaar card will arrive via post at the address given in your Aadhaar card.
