Pension will continue to be given to the pensioner till the period of this extension. Extension of the last date for submission of life certificate till February 28, 2022 will bring relief to those pensioners who have not yet been able to file their certificate due to any reason. This will give them 2 months extra time to submit this certificate.

Explain that the pensioner has to submit the life certificate on time to continue his pension, if he is not able to file his life certificate within the stipulated time, then his pension will not come in his bank account. Every pensioner has to file his life certificate by November 30 on an annual basis.
