How to deposit Rs 28 lakh fund: Under LIC Jeevan Pragati policy, an investor has to deposit Rs 6000 approximately every month i.e. Rs 200 per day to get a fund of Rs 28 lakh on maturity. The investor has to make this investment for 20 years. After which your fund reaches about 28 lakh rupees.

What other benefits are available: In this plan of LIC, apart from the amount on maturity, the benefit of risk cover is also available, which keeps increasing after every five years. In case of death of the investors, the nominee gets the minimum guaranteed amount which is paid after maturity. Nominated individuals are also given a bonus on the death of the investor in the LIC Jeevan Pragati policy.


Who can avail the benefit of this scheme: Any investor above 12 years of age can start investing in LIC Jeevan Pragati Policy. The maximum age limit for investors who can invest in this scheme is 45 years. Also, one has to invest for a minimum of 12 years to avail LIC Jeevan Pragati policy. Meanwhile, investors can invest in the policy for a maximum tenure of 20 years.
