Which EMI will be discounted?

The company will give discounts on 37th, 38th, 73rd, 74th, 121st and 122nd EMI to customers. Customers will get the benefit of rebates when these EMIs are payable.

Who can take a loan?

Home is a unique home loan product available in senior market. Through this scheme, the age of the borrower can be up to 65 years. The company has also released a special home loan product ‘Griha Senior’ for pensioners. Under this, the term of the loan has been kept till the age of the customer is 80 years or maximum 30 years, whichever will be earlier in it.

6 EMI exemption will

be available to the customer buying a house built under this scheme, 6 EMI exemption and 48 months stay on installment payment for houses under construction.

Company official gave information

Y Vishwanath Gaur, chief executive officer of LIC Housing Finance, said, ‘Home Senior has risen well since its launch in July 2020, due to its specialties. The company has disbursed about 15,000 loans worth Rs 3000 crore. At this time, customers are being given a six-EMI exemption from the company.

How much should the CIBIL score be?

The company said that at present, the CIBIL score of 700 and above will start at 6.90 per cent interest rate on home loans up to 15 crore.
