Reliance Jio is soon going to launch its satellite based internet service JioSpaceFiber in India. It has been revealed in the report that the company is waiting to get the authorization and approval related to this.

JioSpaceFiber Launch Soon: The country’s largest telecom company Reliance Jio is now going to launch satellite based internet services in the country and it will be introduced in the name of JioSpaceFiber. A new report has revealed that the telecom brand has submitted all the necessary documents to the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Center (IN-SPACe) and after getting permission from the regulator, Jio’s satellite communication service will start being available in the country.

Giving information about the changes related to satellite internet services, Economic Times has said in its report that Jio may soon get approval and authorization for IN-SPACe. After this, the benefit of its satellite services will be given across the country. Let us tell you, to get approval from IN-SPACe, security clearance has to be taken from many ministries.

Satellite technology was seen last year

Reliance Jio had introduced its JioSpaceFiber technology and given its demo at the India Mobile Congress event last year. The company has said that it has connected remote locations like Gir in Gujarat, Korba in Chhattisgarh, Nabarangpur in Orissa and ONGC-Jorhat in Assam with its JioSpaceFiber based Giga Fiber service.

Jio will compete with these options

Jio’s satellite-based internet network will compete with Elon Musk’s Starlink, Eurosat Group’s OneWeb and Amazon’s Project Kuiper, which want to launch internet-based services in India soon. However, Jio will also take time to launch the new service and it is not yet clear what will be the price of the plans for this.

Jio has partnered with satellite network provider Société Européenne des For its Internet-based service. The company will provide Internet services using medium and low-Earth orbits of Société Européenne des.
