If money has been deducted from your account (deducted) but you have not received the ticket, then you need not worry. Your money will be returned to your account within the next 3-5 working days. For this you do not need to fill or apply the form anywhere. Through automatic system, your money will be returned to your account.

According to the railway, if you had made your reservation from 21 March 2020 to 31 July 2020 and have not received the refund money after canceling the ticket, now you can take your ticket money anytime for 9 months.
