Out of which you will be given a lump cash of Rs 45 lakh. Apart from this, you will get a monthly pension of Rs 45,000 for a lifetime every month.

There is also a tax benefit in this scheme. Under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act, you can take a benefit tax of Rs 50,000 besides Rs 1.5 lakh.
