Indian Railways Refund Rule Changed: Big news! Now refund is available even after missing the train, check refunds rules

Indian Railways: Now passengers will not have to fill the address of the place where they want to go while booking the ticket. Due to the corona virus epidemic, it was made mandatory to fill the destination address on the IRCTC website and app while booking train tickets.

Indian Railways: Railway passengers have got freedom from a big hassle while booking tickets. The Indian Railways has taken a big decision on Wednesday regarding ticket booking. Passengers will no longer have to fill the address of the place where they want to go while booking the ticket.

Due to the corona virus epidemic, it was made mandatory to fill the destination address on the IRCTC website and app while booking train tickets. Without filling it the ticket could not be booked. Because of this, people were also facing a lot of trouble. Now the passengers will get relief from this.

Address filling was necessary under Corona restrictions

The Railway Ministry has issued an order regarding the destination address. The destination address helped in tracing the positive cases of Kovid during the pandemic. When Corona started, many decisions were taken to stop it. Then the railways also implemented many restrictions. This too was one of them. Railways had closed the trains for several days. After this, even when the trains were started back, many provisions were kept in force.

Similarly, recently the Railways has once again started giving back the pillow-blanket. Now pillows and blankets are being provided to the passengers in various trains to sleep at night, even though this was also discontinued during the pandemic.
