According to railway rules, TTE cannot wake you up and check your ticket during night journey. According to the rule of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, you can take restful sleep, but this rule does not apply to those passengers who board the train at night.

Middle seat can be opened from 10 pm to 6 am

According to the rules, the middle seat can be opened from 10:00 in the night to 6:00 in the morning.
