As per the rules made by Indian Railways, passengers can claim a refund only if your train is late for a period of more than three hours. TDR can be filed by visiting the official website of Indian Railways i.e. IRCTC. Passengers can also submit their tickets at the ticket counters of railway stations, after which they will get full refund. The process for a full refund takes approximately 90 days.
