Indian Railways: Due to the traffic block on the Jaipur-Mysuru rail service route, the movement of trains operating on the North Western Railway will be affected.
Apart from this, traffic block is also being taken from Ambala division of Northern Railway due to railway work in Saharanpur yard. Due to this work, many trains operating on North Western Railway will be canceled and route will be changed.
New Delhi. Maintenance work is being done on Bangalore Division of South Western Railway zone of Indian Railways. Due to this work, it has been decided to take the block on behalf of the Railways. Due to this, the movement of trains operating on the North Western Railway on the Jaipur-Mysuru rail service route will be affected. Apart from this, traffic block is also being taken from Ambala division of Northern Railway due to railway work in Saharanpur yard. Due to this work, many trains operating on North Western Railway will be canceled and route will be changed.
According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, train number 12976, Jaipur-Mysuru operating on NWR (NWR) will be affected due to maintenance work on Bengaluru division. This train will depart from Jaipur on May 29. The train service will operate via the diverted route via Yelahanka-Lotegollahalli-Yesvantpur-Bengaluru instead of Bangalore Cantt.
Apart from this, traffic block is being taken for laying RCC box and slab on bridge number 221 in Saharanpur yard on Ambala division of Northern Railway. Rail traffic will be affected due to the traffic block. Due to this work, the following train services operated on North Western Railway will be affected:-
Canceled train services (from originating station)
1. Train number 14712, Sriganganagar-Rishikesh rail service will remain canceled on 21.05.23.
2. Train number 14711, Rishikesh-Sriganganagar rail service will remain canceled on 21.05.23.
Diverted Train Services (From Originating Station)
1. Train No. 14646, Jammu Tawi-Jaisalmer train service which will depart from Jammu Tawi on 20.05.23 will be via Jagadhri Workshop, Yamunanagar Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Deoband, Muzaffarpur, Khatauli, Sakoti Tanda, Meerut Cantt, Meerut City, Modinagar, Muradnagar Instead of New Ghaziabad and Ghaziabad, the changed route will operate via Panipat.
