Under this, new passenger trains will run on Saharsa, Darbhanga and Sonpur railway lines. The operation of these trains will start from November 1.

According to the information, the operation of 3 pairs of passenger special train will be started between Saharsa-Saraigarh, Darbhanga-Harnagar and Sonpur-Samastipur. It will be mandatory for those traveling by these trains to follow the COVID-19 standards. The purpose of running new trains on three rail routes is to reduce the load of passengers on existing trains.
Train No. 05524: Saharsa-Saraigarh DEMU Special Passenger will leave Saharsa at 04:45 PM every day from 1st November, 2021 till further notice, stopping at all major and minor stations and will reach Saraigarh at 6.50 PM.
Train No. 05523: Saraigarh – Saharsa DEMU Passenger Special will leave Saraigarh at 7.30 pm everyday till further notice and will reach Saharsa at 10.00 pm stopping at all major and minor stations.
Train No. 05591: Darbhanga-Harnagar Special Passenger will leave Darbhanga at 09:35 AM every day from 1st November till further notice and will reach Harnagar at 12:15 AM stopping at all major and minor stations.
Train No. 05592: Harnagar-Darbhanga Special Passenger will leave Harnagar at 03:15 PM every day from 1st November till further notice, stopping at all major and minor stations and will reach Darbhanga at 6.20 PM.
Train No. 05512: Sonpur-Samastipur Special Passenger will leave Sonpur at 04:08 hrs every day from 1st November till further notice and will reach Samastipur at 08:30 hrs stopping at all major and minor stations.
Train No. 05511: Samastipur-Sonpur Special Passenger train will leave Samastipur at 7.30 PM every day from 1st November till further notice and will reach Sonpur at 11.55 PM, stopping at all major and minor stations.
