new Delhi. Indian Railways has made a big change in some rules related to travel in the train, it is important for every passenger to know. IRCTC has informed that the new rules will be applicable especially to the passengers traveling at night.

The Railway Board has been receiving complaints from passengers several times in this regard that some people are talking loudly on mobiles or listening to music at night, causing a lot of trouble to other passengers. After which the Railway Board has decided that now any passenger traveling in the train will not be allowed to talk loudly on mobile after 10 pm, nor will he be able to listen to loud music during night travel. .

If the passengers sleeping in the train face problems, then it will be the responsibility of the railway administration to solve the problems of the passengers immediately. Apart from complaining about the lights being turned off at night, people also complain of loud noises. According to the new rule, during the night journey, all the lights except the night light will have to be switched off. Checking staff, RPF, Electrician, Catering staff and Maintenance staff will work peacefully at night.

Significantly, the Indian Railways has issued orders to install linen, blankets and curtains inside trains. The restrictions were imposed in view of the COVID-19 cases. It has also been decided to install unreserved coaches in trains. Now passengers will be able to travel by taking window tickets. In March 2020, unreserved coaches were removed from trains after corona cases were reported in the country. Significantly, Indian Railways was running fully reserved ‘special trains’ during the Corona epidemic to prevent overcrowding in trains to prevent the spread of the disease.
