Indian Railways, IRCTC: These special trains going to run rail, know routes and time table

Indian Railways, IRCTC: Southern Railway has taken this decision in view of the huge rush of passengers during the Makar Sankranti festival. Booking of trains will be done through IRCTC or Railway Reservation Counter.

Indian Railways, IRCTC: In view of the rush of passengers during the Makar Sankranti festival, South Central Railway has decided to run special trains between Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam, Secunderabad-Tirupati and Secunderabad-Berhampur. Booking of these trains will be done at the reservation counter of IRCTC or Railway and passengers will be required to follow all the guidelines related to Corona. This decision has been taken by the Southern Railway in view of the huge rush of passengers on the occasion of the festival.

The Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam Sankranti Special train (train number 07451) will leave Hyderabad at 9.15 am on January 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and reach Secunderabad station at 10.35 pm. After this, leaving at 10.40, the next day will reach Visakhapatnam at 12 noon.




In the return direction, the Visakhapatnam-Hyderabad Sankranti Special train (train number 07452) will leave Visakhapatnam at 8.45 am, reach Secunderabad at 9.50 am the next day and reach Hyderabad at 10.50 am. The Secunderabad-Tirupati Sankranti Special train (train number 07453) will leave Secunderabad at 7.40 pm on January 12 and reach Tirupati at 7.50 am the next day.

The Secunderabad-Berhampur Sankranti Special train (train number 07449) will depart from Secunderabad at 5.50 pm and reach Berhampur at 12.05 pm the next day. In the return direction, the Berhampur-Secunderabad Sankranti Special train (train number 07450) will depart from Berhampur at 1.30 pm and reach Secunderabad at 7.15 am the next day.

Explain that the Railways has taken an important decision on the tickets sold during the lockdown due to the Corona period. Railways have changed the timing of getting refund on cancellation of tickets. Now you can get refund of tickets canceled for 9 months instead of 6 months. This condition is applicable in case of cancellation of PRS counter tickets and refunds from any counter between 21 March 2020 to 31 July 2020.
