Denied any incident of data theft,
however, the Ministry of Railways claims that this data is not from its server or the server of subsidiary company Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). On the other hand, any incident of data theft has been denied by IRCTC. IRCTC said that information has been received regarding the data breach. In this regard, the Railway Board had warned CRET-In of a possible data breach to report the data breach of railway passengers to IRCTC.
Pattern of data is not matching with IRCTC API

However, the investigation is going on in this whole matter from IRCTC side. IRCTC has asked all its business partners to check whether their data is being leaked. Information has also been sought from the partners about the measures taken regarding the data security of the passengers.
