Indian Railways has implemented a new rule keeping in mind the convenience of passengers

Railway New Rule: Indian Railways carries lakhs of passengers across the country every day. It has often been seen that passengers listen to songs loudly at night or watch videos and reels on their phones, which affects the sleep and comfort of others.

Keeping this in mind, the Railways has made a new rule, under which it will be mandatory for passengers to remain silent in the train after 10 pm.

Ban on listening to reels and songs

Under the Railways’ ’10 pm’ rule, if a passenger listens to songs, watches videos or reels, or makes any kind of sound on the mobile at night, then action can be taken against him. This rule will be applicable in all trains. The Railways says that this step has been taken keeping in mind the convenience and sleep of the passengers so that everyone can travel comfortably.

Action will be taken on breaking the rules.

The Railways has made it clear that those who break this rule can also be fined. Apart from this, the railway staff has been given the authority to take immediate action on receiving complaints from passengers. Experts believe that this step will make night travel in trains more comfortable and passengers will get the opportunity to sleep without any disturbance.
