Railway Recruitment 2021: West Central Railway has sought applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Apprentice in various trades. All interested candidates can apply online for West Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2021 through official website wcr.indianrailways.gov.in till 10 November 2021. The application process for recruitment to these posts has been started from 11 October 2021.



According to the official notification, a total of 2226 posts will be recruited through this process. In which, 570 posts of Jabalpur Division, 648 posts of Bhopal Division, 663 posts of Kota Division, 160 posts of Kota Workshop, 165 posts of Bhopal Workshop and 20 posts of WCR/HQ/ Jabalpur are included.

For recruitment to various posts of Apprentice in Western Railway, candidates should have passed class 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks. Apart from this, the candidate should have National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade. Talking about the age limit, the candidate’s age should be between 15 years to 24 years for recruitment to these posts. However, there will be a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for SC/ ST category candidates and 3 years for OBC category candidates as per government rules. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit for recruitment to the post of Apprentice. All interested and eligible candidates can apply online for WCR Apprentice Recruitment 2021 on official website till 10 November 2021. To apply, candidates will also have to pay an application fee of Rs.100. Check official website for more details.
