The luxury Buddhist circuit train has been started under the Swadesh Darshan Yojana scheme of the Government of India. This train will pass all the passengers traveling in it, taking a tour of various Buddhist places across the country.



Indian Railways not only provides very simple fare rail services to the passengers but also provides luxury rail services. Indian Railways has started one such luxury Buddhist circuit train in which traveling passengers will get facilities like five star hotel along with sightseeing of the places related to Lord Buddha. Along with this, all kinds of royal luxuries will also be found in it. So let’s know about the facilities available in this train and its fare.

With the decrease in the cases of corona, the government has started increasing its steps towards tourism. Under this, the Buddhist circuit train has been started. This train has been started under the Swadesh Darshan Yojana scheme of the Government of India. This train will pass all the passengers traveling in it, taking a tour of various Buddhist places across the country.

According to the IRCTC website , the Buddhist circuit train will pass through places associated with Lord Buddha including Sarnath, Gaya, Kushinagar, Shravasti and Rajgir. After leaving Delhi on the first day, this train will reach Gaya directly the next day. After this, visiting Rajgir and Nalanda on the third day will reach Varanasi and Sarnath on the fourth day. After this this special luxury train will go to Lumbini on the fifth day and Kushinagar on the sixth day. After this it will return to Delhi via Shravasti on the seventh day and Agra on the eighth day.



According to the website of the train, this train will leave from New Delhi on January 15 next year. After this, on 29 January, 26 February, 12 March, 8 October, 29 October, 12 November, 26 November, 10 December and 24 December, this train would leave for the passengers to visit the historical places associated with Lord Buddha. Passengers will have to spend around Rs 88,060 for this 7 night and 8 day journey. However, this fare has been kept for passengers traveling in First AC. Whereas for second AC, Rs 72,030 will have to be spent. About 96 passengers in First AC and 60 passengers in Second AC can board at a time in this train.

The passengers in this luxury train will be facilitated by professional staff. Also, the coach of this train has been decorated in a very grand manner so that passengers can get full facilities of royal opulence. The dining coach of this train has also been specially designed. Apart from this, it also gets modern amenities like touchless faucet, leather interior, sofa, bio-vacuum toilet and adjustable reading light. Along with this, this train has been decorated with paintings, paintings and photos related to Lord Buddha.
