Because it affects the rail traffic a lot. Every year due to fog, Indian Railways completely cancels many trains for some time frame. While the prices of many trains are reduced.

Let us tell you that East Central Railway has also canceled several dozen trains passing through all the stations of Hajipur zone from 01 December to 30 March this year or their trips have been reduced. In this episode, the form of many trains has also been changed.

Here we are giving you the details of those trains running under East Central Railway, which have been either completely canceled due to fog. Apart from this, while canceling these trains, their ticket price is reduced. On this, CPRO Rajesh Kumar said that due to fog, the operation of some trains has been canceled from 1 December 2021 to 01 March 2022 to ensure the safety of passengers and rail operations.

  • Train number 15623 Bhagat Ki Kothi-Kamakhya has been canceled from 7th December to 1st March.
  • Train number 15903 Dibrugarh-Chandigarh has been canceled from 6th December to 28th March.
  • Train number 15904 Chandigarh-Dibrugarh has been canceled from 8th December to 2nd March.
  • Train number 12529 Patliputra-Lucknow has been canceled from 1st December to 28th March.

Partial Termination/Starting Trains

  • Partial termination of train number 02177 Howrah-Mathura Express leaving Howrah (Howrah) from 3rd December to 25th February will be done at Agra Cantt i.e. this train will be canceled between Agra Cantt and Mathura.
  • Partial termination of train number 02178 Mathura-Howrah Express leaving Mathura from 3rd December to 28th February will be done from Agra Cantt i.e. this train will be canceled between Mathura and Agra Cantt.

Diverted Trains List: Trains running on diverted routes…

  • Train number 13237/13239 Patna-Kota-Patna Express departing from Patna between 1st December to 28th February (Except Friday) will be diverted via Kanpur-Farrukhabad-Kasganj-Mathura-Achhnera-Bharatpur route.
  • Train number 13238/13240 Kota-Patna-Kota Express departing from Kota between 1st December to 28th February (Except Saturdays) will be diverted via Bharatpur-Achhnera-Mathura-Kasganj-Farrukhabad-Kanpur-Lucknow. Li train number 13238/13240 Kota-Patna-Kota Express will be diverted via Bharatpur-Achhnera-Mathura-Kasganj-Farrukhabad-Kanpur-Lucknow.
