Facility to travel on general ticket in trains – There is good and relief news for rail passengers. Railways has given the facility to travel on general tickets in trains.

New Delhi After 43 trains running with unreserved rebels, now 100 reserved trains leaving Cantonment railway station will also get the facility of general coach.

Railways has issued orders in this regard. After this, the commerce department of the concerned division has also given instructions for changes in the railway software so that daily commuters, passengers coming from far-flung areas including rural areas can get convenience.

Facility was closed for one and a half year, passengers will get relief from railway announcement before Holi

Actually, in March 2020, the Railways had stopped the operation of all trains regarding Corona. After a few months, when the trains started operating again, the railways had converted the general coaches in the trains into reserved category for the safety of the passengers so that the passengers could avoid infection.

After June 2021, three-four unreserved trains were run and then in the year 2022 about 43 unreserved trains started operating, but the number of passengers in these trains was limited.

Before Corona, where 20 to 25 thousand passengers used to travel daily in unreserved trains, at present the number of such passengers has been reduced to between two and two and a half thousand. The biggest reason for this is the operation of unreserved trains on some special routes and no stoppage at small stations.

Common rail passengers will get relief from higher fares

Before Holi, this announcement of the operation of trains with the general coach of the Railways has brought a big relief for the common railway passengers. Earlier, where they had to book tickets in trains going towards Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar at expensive prices and had to pay heavy fines for not having tickets. At the same time, now it will be easier for the passengers to travel.
