Important News From EPF: Know how to do EPF online transfer, work will be completed in only 6 steps from home

If you want to transfer your money from one PF account to another, then you do not need to go anywhere for this. You can transfer your EPF from home. Meanwhile, there is a good news for crores of account holders. The Employees Provident Fund Organization will add a lump-sum 8.5% interest to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) accounts of about six crore shareholders for the financial year 2019-20 till December 31. Do this work to transfer money

  • Step-1: Go to Unified Member Portal and login by entering YAN and password here.
  • Step-2: Go to Online Serrvice and click on Online Member-One EPF Account (Transfer Request)
  • Step-3: Verify Personal Information and PF Account related to current employment
    Click on Step-4 Get Details. You will see the details of the PF account of the previous company.
  • Step-5: Select previous or current employer for verification of form
  • Step-6: To get OTP on UAN registered mobile number, click on Get OTP and after entering OTP, click on Submit

Explain that after inserting OTP your company will be requested for online money transfer process. This work will be completed in three days, first the company will transfer the money and then the field officer of EPFO ​​will verify it. After the official verification, your money will be transferred. To check whether the transfer request is completed or not, you can check your status on the track claim status. For offline transfer, you have to fill Form 13 and give it to your old or new company

Keep this in mind while transferring money

If you are looking to transfer money from PF, then first the UAN (Universal Account Number) has to be activated with the account holder. Apart from this, the account holder bank account number, Aadhaar number and all the other details should be correct and reasonable.
