Let me tell you that from May 10, today, only 5 days work will be done in all LIC offices (5-Days Working). That is, on Saturday and Sunday, the offices will be completely closed.

The company has said in a public notice that in the notification of 15 April 2021, the Government of India has declared a public holiday for the Life Insurance Corporation of India on every Saturday.

Let us tell you that the government has made this change under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881. If you have any work in LIC office, then you have to go between Monday to Friday. LIC offices will be open 5 days a week, from 10 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
