Monsoon has changed its course, now the second phase will come.

Now IMD says that the monsoon has ‘turned’, and its effect will once again be seen in North, Northeast, South, West, Central and East India. During this time, heavy rains can create flood-like conditions in some areas, while at many places there will be light to moderate rains along with strong winds and thunderstorms.
