IMD New Alert: Weather will change after Holi, Heavy rain with thunder and lightning in 12 states, Snow-hail, temperature change

There is a forecast of thunderstorm and rain in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra till this Tuesday. Light rain may occur over Western Himalayas and parts of Tamil Nadu during next 24 hours. IMD Weather Alert Today: Due to the effect of Western Disturbance, the weather is changing all over the country. Before Holi, there has been a period of rain and hailstorm in many states including MP, UP and Delhi, due to which continuous fluctuations in temperature are also being seen. According to the Meteorological Department, a Western Disturbance is likely to affect the Western Himalayas, a North South Trough is running from Rajasthan to North Central Maharashtra and an induced cyclonic circulation in lower levels is over Gujarat and adjoining Rajasthan. Due to this, the weather patterns are seen changing all over the country. However, after March 10, the effect of heat and heat wave can be seen in many states.

Rain in these states till March 8

According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD Weather Update Today), today it may rain at one or two places in eastern parts of Rajasthan, western Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and eastern Madhya Pradesh. Light rain may occur in Gujarat, South Madhya Pradesh, North Maharashtra today, March 6 and 7. On the other hand, in East Rajasthan, East Central Madhya Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh, there may be thunderstorms on Monday.

Apart from this, the temperature of 36 to 38 degrees can be recorded in Gujarat, Goa, Vidarbha and Karnataka.

Today in Delhi, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 15 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 32 degrees. The sky is expected to remain clear in Delhi today. The minimum temperature in Delhi can be 15 degrees while the maximum temperature can be 32 degrees Celsius. Even before March 15, Delhi can record temperature up to 34 degree Celsius.

Rain in these states including MP-UP

  • For the next 3 days, there is a possibility of rain and hailstorm in 28 districts of Rajasthan . Today on Monday, there is a possibility of strong winds and hailstorm at some places in Udaipur, Kota division with cloudy sky.
  • On Monday, 20 districts of Madhya Pradesh including Bhopal, Raisen, Khandwa, Khargone, Barwani, Burhanpur, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Katni, Narmadapuram, Betul, Harda, Gwalior, Shivpuri, Guna, Ashoknagar Datia, Sheopur, Morena and Bhind received rains. is likely to.
  • The sky will be clear in Uttar Pradesh on Monday and it will be cloudy in the afternoon. There is a possibility of thundershowers and hailstorm in some areas of western UP.

Light to moderate rain may occur at isolated places in all the 24 districts of Jharkhand on 8th and 9th March. On March 9, there may be light rain with thunder at some places in the north-eastern, southern and adjoining central parts of Jharkhand.
  • Light rain and snowfall are likely over Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh till March 7 and Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from March 8 to 9 .
  • Light rain and snow is also very likely over Arunachal Pradesh and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during next 5 days.
  • Rain is expected over Jharkhand, Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal during March 7 to 9 and over Tamil Nadu during next 24 hours.
  • There is a possibility of heavy rain and hailstorm in East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat , Marathwada and Madhya Maharashtra. Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat may receive light to moderate rain for two-three days.
  • There is no hope of much change in Bihar . The weather will remain dry for the next few days. There will be a rise in the temperature after Holi.
