IMD has issued the biggest i.e. red alert of severe heavy rain in Delhi (Delhi NCR Weather Update), Haryana, Chandigarh and Western Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, an orange alert of rain has been issued in Uttarakhand, Punjab and Odisha.
