IMD heavy rain Alert : 84 hours of heavy rain in 8 states, storm warning, torrential rain in Hathiya Nakshatra, know IMD forecast

With the onset of Hathiya Nakshatra, once again there is a possibility of heavy rain in Uttar Pradesh including Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Orissa. Apart from this, very heavy rain has been predicted in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Marathwada today. Departure of monsoon may soon be seen from some areas of Punjab including Rajasthan.

Weather Update: Rain activity has come to a halt in many states. Intermittent rain is going to continue in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh including Delhi, while moderate rain can be seen in Maharashtra including Madhya Pradesh. The sky will be cloudy. A forecast of strong wind, storm and storm has been issued.

Today’s situation may arise in 10 districts of Jharkhand, including the capital Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur and many areas of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, heavy rain was also seen in Orissa. However, a warning of moderate rain has been issued today. Landslide alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department.

Probability of rain in Delhi

The weather remains pleasant in Delhi. Rain warning has also been issued in Bihar, Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha, Maharashtra. According to the Meteorological Department, rainy activity is going to continue in these areas for now. The process of rain will continue in the eastern state also for the time being.

Giving information in its update, the Meteorological Department has said that rain can also be seen in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland today. Rain with thunder has been predicted in Ranchi. There are also chances of landslides occurring in Meghalaya and Manipur.

There is a possibility of rain in the capital Delhi, while areas like Gujarat, Maharashtra etc. will see heavy rain . In Goa and Tamil Nadu also, very heavy rain with thunderstorms has been predicted today. According to the alert of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain in Andaman Nicobar Islands, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Gujarat including Karaikal, Karnataka etc.

A cyclonic circulation has formed over Chhattisgarh. Whose line extends till South Konkan. Due to this, there is a possibility of heavy rain on a large scale in the southern peninsular region. Heavy rain has been predicted in these areas from 26 to 28 September.

A warning of heavy to moderate and widespread rainfall with lightning has been issued over Konkan and Central Maharashtra from 26 to 29 September and over Marathwada and Gujarat region on 26 September.

A warning of heavy rain has been issued in Tamil Nadu, Amaravati, Telangana, Karnataka including Karnataka Royal Border area till September 29.
