IMD Alert! The rainy season is going to start, Alert issued for heavy rains for two more days in these states

The IMD has predicted light to moderate rains over Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, parts of north coastal Andhra Pradesh and Northeast India for the next two days. IMD has expressed the possibility of rain in North West and East India today (Monday) on March 20 as well.

According to IMD, there may be heavy rains in Northeast India till March 21. During this, the possibility of strong wind has also been expressed. At the same time, hailstorm can also be seen at some places. At the same time, there is an alert of rain with thunder and storm in many states including Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu.

How will be the weather in Delhi NCR?

Rain will be seen in Delhi-NCR for the next two days. After drizzling and light rain on March 21, the weather will clear up. From March 22, a slight increase in the maximum temperature of Delhi will be recorded. Between March 22 and 24, the maximum temperature can be between 28 to 30 degrees and the minimum temperature can be between 15 to 17 degrees Celsius.

Weather activities of different states of the country

According to the weather forecasting agency Skymet, the cyclonic circulation is over northeastern Rajasthan. Another cyclonic circulation is over Telangana and adjoining parts of North Interior Karnataka. A trough is extending from the cyclonic circulation over Telangana to Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Interior Odisha, Jharkhand and East Bihar across Chhattisgarh. Due to which weather changes and rain activities are being seen.

How will the weather be in the next 24 hours?

According to Skymet, during the next 24 hours, light to moderate rains are possible over Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, parts of North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Northeast India. Hail is possible in parts of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal.

At the same time, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in some parts of Tamil Nadu. Light rain is possible in parts of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan and Delhi. Rain activities will reduce significantly over West Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala.
