Talking about the hilly states, light rain can be seen in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Leh, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir. A yellow alert has been issued for rain in Uttarakhand Himachal. The rains will continue over the eastern state. Incessant rains in Assam Meghalaya Manipur Nagaland will disrupt the weather and normal life. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in the areas till July 25.
