ICICI Bank made a big announcement on Monday. Giving information, he said that crores of savings account customers will now be able to pay the credit card bill of any bank through the ‘iMobile Pay’ app.
The customer has to first add his credit card in this app, after that payment can be done from the app. This will be beneficial for these people who use multiple credit cards at the same time.
Due to this new feature, people will no longer need to visit many websites. Apart from this, customers will also be able to know reminders, payment history through this app. Also, the payment confirmation can be shared through WhatsApp.
Commenting on this new beginning, Bijith Bhaskar, Head Digital Channels & Partnerships says, “ICICI Bank has always endeavored to improve the convenience of the customers and enhance their banking experience. With a large number of customers using multiple cards, they will now be able to pay their dues easily through this app.
You can do this step by step payment
- Login to iMobile Pay and go to the ‘Crads and Forex’ section.
- Go to ‘Other Bank Credit Card’ option.
- Fill the required information by going to ‘Add a Card’.
- OTP will come on the registered mobile number, update it. After this your card will be added.
- Once the card is added, it can be managed through the ‘Other Bank Credit Card’ tab.
