A case has come out of Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, where a woman sought divorce from her husband because her husband loved her very much, did not fight her.
Actually, the woman has approached the Sharia court and demanded a divorce from her husband. However, when the Ulama heard both the sides, the court rejected the application. After this the matter was placed in the panchayat.
According to a report in ‘Dainik Jagran’, the wife was angry that her husband never quarreled with her in a year and a half marriage, nor did she allow him to grieve. The woman says that I have started feeling suffocated with so much love, so have decided to divorce.
At the same time, on this whole matter, the husband says that he only wants to be a good husband. He always wants to keep his wife happy. He requested the Sharia court to withdraw the case. The court has now asked this couple to settle the case.
This matter is now in the panchayat of the locality. There was a debate in Panchayat about this matter but no solution has been found. After the matter comes up, it remains a matter of discussion around.
