So that, in future, customers can get better and safe banking service.

When will the service be closed?

According to HDFC Bank, some online banking services will not be available from 11 pm on 22 August 2025 to 6 am on 23 August 2025, i.e. for a total of 7 hours.

Which services will be closed?

During this time, customers will not be able to use some customer care services. These include.

  • Phone Banking IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
  • Email and Social Media Support.
  • Whatsapp Chat Banking.
  • SMS Banking.

However, if a customer wants to block his account or card (hot listing), then a toll-free number will be available for this.

Which services will continue to be available?

Customers will not face any problem in making transactions even during maintenance. The bank has said that these services will continue as before.

  • Phone Banking Agent Service
  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Banking App.
  • PayZapp
  • MyCards App

This means that customers will be able to use services like their regular transactions, payments or balance checking.

Benefits of HDFC NetBanking

If you are a registered net banking user of HDFC Bank, then you can do more than 200 transactions at any time and from anywhere. There is no need to go to the bank for this. Net banking facility is available for every HDFC Bank customer. If you have not activated it yet, it can be registered online or through ATM.

How to register online

  • Enter customer ID
  • Confirm registered mobile number
  • Enter OTP
  • Fill debit card details
  • Set new IPIN
  • Now login to NetBanking with the new IPIN.

How to register through ATM

  • Go to the nearest HDFC ATM.
  • Enter debit card and ATM PIN.
  • Select Other Option.
  • Click on NetBanking Registration.
  • The bank will courier the Net Banking PIN to your address.
