HDFC Bank tweeted, ‘Customers are requested to kindly use NetBanking to complete their transactions. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you. HDFC Bank’s communication team said, “We are facing some issues on the mobile banking app. We are looking into it on priority basis and will update soon.
We are experiencing some issues on the MobileBanking App. We are looking into this on priority and will update shortly. Customers are requested to please use NetBanking to complete their transaction. Regret the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

However, now this problem has been resolved. Customers can now use NetBanking and Mobile Banking app for transactions. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Let us tell you that there were many glitches in the bank’s digital channels in the last two years, after which in December RBI stopped the bank from going ahead with any new digital launch.
In December, the RBI ordered HDFC Bank to stop its digital banking initiatives and put a hold on issuance of new credit cards.
