New Delhi. If you are a customer of HDFC Bank, then this news is of great use to you. HDFC Bank today, June 15, told its customers that it is facing some issues with its mobile banking application. The bank has informed the customers about this through its official Twitter handle.

HDFC Bank tweeted, ‘Customers are requested to kindly use NetBanking to complete their transactions. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you. HDFC Bank’s communication team said, “We are facing some issues on the mobile banking app. We are looking into it on priority basis and will update soon.

However, now this problem has been resolved. Customers can now use NetBanking and Mobile Banking app for transactions. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Let us tell you that there were many glitches in the bank’s digital channels in the last two years, after which in December RBI stopped the bank from going ahead with any new digital launch.



In December, the RBI ordered HDFC Bank to stop its digital banking initiatives and put a hold on issuance of new credit cards.
