Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana: There is great news for the daughters of Bihar. On the new year, the Nitish government has announced to give gifts to lakhs of girl students of the state in the new year. Soon a huge amount ranging from 25000 to 50000 can come in his account. In fact, the Bihar government will soon distribute incentives for ‘Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana’.

Inter pass girls will get incentive amount

In this scheme, both unmarried inter pass girls and graduate girls are included. Inter pass unmarried girl students will be given financial assistance of Rs 25,000 and on graduation, Rs 50,000 will be given. Under the Mukhya Mantri Kanya Utthan Yojana, the state government has allocated an amount of Rs 631 crore. This amount will be distributed under Finance 2021-22. During this period, only the girl students who have passed the intermediate examination from a board recognized by the state government will get the benefit of the scheme.

Announced in February only

Let us tell you, in February itself, the Bihar government had announced to give 25 thousand rupees as incentive to the girl students who passed Inter, but due to Corona epidemic, timely allocation of funds could not be done. Now the state government has talked about giving double happiness to the girl students on the occasion of New Year.

1.6 crore girl students will get benefit

According to the information, in this scheme of CM, it will be made available through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer. The Bihar government is running this scheme with the aim of stopping child marriage in the state and encouraging girl students for higher education. According to the government, about 1.6 crore girl students of the state will benefit from this scheme.
