Driving License In DigiLocker: Any person needs a Driving License to drive a car, motorcycle or scooter . A person who does not have a driving license cannot drive these vehicles. If found driving then action can be taken by the traffic police. But, if we say that now these vehicles can be driven even without a driving license, how would you feel? Actually, if you have not got a driving license made then you are not allowed to drive a car, bike or scooter etc.

But, if you have got a driving license made , then you can keep your driving license at home and drive these vehicles without taking it with you. You just have to do one thing for this. In fact, the government had launched a mobile application named DigiLocker, promoting Digital India, in which any citizen of India can upload a soft copy of their important document . This copy is valid everywhere.

In such a situation, if you do not want to keep your driving license with you, then you can upload its soft copy in DigiLocker and keep the original copy of the driving license comfortably at home. After this, if you drive a car, bike or scooter etc. and a traffic policeman stops you, you can show them the soft copy of the license uploaded in DigiLocker. After this he will not act on you.
