If you are also planning to buy a cheap house, then State Bank of India (SBI) has come up with a special offer for you, in which you are getting a chance to buy residential property cheaply. SBI is going to auction the property. Let us tell you that this auction is starting from 25 October. Let us tell you that these are the properties which have come in the list of default. Let us tell you that information about this has been given by IBAPI (Indian Banks Auctions Mortgaged Properties Information).

Bank of Baroda is going to auction the property. This includes residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural properties.

When will the auction take place?

State Bank of India (SBI) has given information about this by tweeting on its official Twitter handle. The bank wrote in a tweet that mega e-auction will be done on October 25, 2021. In this, e-auction of residential and commercial property will be done. You can buy property here at reasonable prices.


Where to register?

Interested bidders will have to register on e-Bkray portal https://ibapi.in/ for Bank of Baroda Mega E-auction. After clicking on ‘Bidders Registration’ on this portal, registration will have to be done through mobile number and email id.

KYC document will be required 

The bidder will have to upload the required KYC documents. The KYC documents will be verified by the e-auction service provider. This may take up to 2 working days.
