Wage will be increased at the rate of 9.4 percent
Roopank Choudhary, Partner, Human Capital Business, Aon, said, “This is a strong sign of financial health and a boom in the economy. Clearly things are getting better than before. The salary increase in the year 2020 was 6.1 percent. It is expected to reach 8.8 percent in 2021 and 9.4 percent in 2022. This will be at par with the pre-pandemic levels of 2018 and 2019.

It has been said in the survey that due to the epidemic, the digital race of companies has intensified. This has led to a ‘war’ to attract digital talent in the short term.
