7th Pay Commission Latest Update: Keeping the promise made by the Modi Government (Modi Government on DA), it has given increased dearness allowance and HRA along with July salary. The central government had announced a reduction in dearness allowance from 17 per cent to 28 per cent.



The moment the central employees and pensioners have been waiting for for a long time has come. According to the information, the Central Government, fulfilling its promise, has given both dearness allowance and HRA along with the salary of July. Let us tell you that in the month of July, the government had removed the moratorium on DA, and reduced dearness allowance from 17 percent to 28 percent. Which was to be implemented from the month of July itself. Now the eyes are fixed on the announcement of Dearness Allowance for June 2021 of the employees.

HRA with DA: Central government employees have got the benefit of HRA along with dearness allowance. This salary has been given increased HRA. According to the order, the cities have been divided into three categories. Under which the people of X category have been given 27% HRA, Y category has 18 percent and Z category cities have been given 9 percent HRA. House Rent Allowance is given to those employees who are in service. This benefit is given to retired employees.

Accordingly, DA has been increased : A total of three installments have been paid in dearness allowance. Under which there has been a total increase of 11 percent. Dearness Allowance is calculated on the basic salary of the salary. If the basic salary of an employee is 20 thousand rupees, then with an increase of 11 percent, the month has increased by 2200 rupees.

How much has the salary of central employees increased: The way dearness allowance has been increased, there has been a tremendous increase in the salary of central employees. If the basic salary of an employee is Rs 31550, then according to the total dearness allowance of 28 percent, he will get dearness allowance of Rs 8834 per month. Whereas dearness allowance was getting Rs 5364 every month at the rate of 17 per cent. That is, due to this decision, the dearness allowance of central employees has increased by Rs 3490 per month. That is, an increase of Rs 41880 has been seen annually.

Waiting for DA of June 2021: Now the central employees are waiting for the announcement of Dearness Allowance for June 2021. According to experts, according to the data of AICPI from January to June, dearness allowance may increase by 3 percent. AICPI’s figure has crossed 121 points in June. According to JCM Secretary Staff Side Shiv Gopal Mishra, the Dearness Allowance for June 2021 can be announced anytime. That is, soon the total dearness allowance may increase to 31 percent with an increase of 3 percent.
