Good news for contract employees! Now the bonus will be available, the government has approved the proposal

7th Pay Commission Latest News: There is good news for contract employees. The government has made a big announcement for the contract employees. In fact, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also approved the proposal to give one-time bonus to the contractual employees who have completed three to five years of service in the National Health Mission (NHM). Government issued statement

According to a government statement, the Chief Minister has approved the proposal to give one-time loyalty, bonus and experience based bonus to the contractual personnel who have completed three to five years of service in the Mission (NHM) on March 31, 2021. But this benefit will not be given to those contractual employees of NHM who have already availed this benefit as on 31st March, 2017.

One time loyalty and bonus

The government said in a statement that on March 31, 2021, at the rate of ten percent to the contractual employees of NHM who have completed three years of service and at the rate of 15 percent to the employees who have completed five years of service on this date, on April 1, 2021. One time loyalty bonus or experience based bonus will be given from 2021 onwards.

Who will get this benefit?


According to this proposal, the contractual employees who were earlier given bonus at the rate of 10 per cent for three years experience on the basis of eligibility as on March 31, 2017, if five years of service is completed after March 31, 2017. So they will also be given a difference of five percent. Rs 987.62 lakh has been planned for this proposal.
