Gold remains above Rs 71,000 per 10 grams and silver above Rs 82,250 per kilogram.
Gold became so expensive on MCX
On Thursday, May 9, a slight rise in gold is being seen in MCX i.e. futures market. Gold has become costlier by Rs 109 per 10 grams and reached Rs 71,236. On Wednesday, gold had closed at Rs 71,127 per 10 grams.
Silver also became expensive
Apart from gold, silver has also become expensive in the futures market. Silver became costlier by Rs 436 in the futures market on Wednesday and reached Rs 83,430 per kg. On Wednesday, silver closed at Rs 82,994 per kg on MCX.

On Thursday, gold became costlier by $ 9.63 in Gold June Futures on COMEX and reached $ 2,318.61 an ounce. At the same time, the May futures contract on COMAX has become costlier by $ 0.28 and reached $ 27.59.
