Gold Rate Today: The domestic futures market saw a fall in gold and silver prices on Tuesday morning. Gold prices of the futures on the MCX exchange on February 5, 2021, were seen trading at a low of 0.03 per cent, or Rs 17, on Tuesday morning at Rs 49,324 per 10 grams. Apart from this, the futures price of gold on April 5, 2021 was seen trading at Rs 49,305 per 10 grams at this time. Talking about the global market, Tuesday morning saw a fall in the global futures price of gold and an increase in the global spot price.

Along with gold, domestic futures prices of silver also fell on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, March 5, 2021 futures silver price fell by 0.08 per cent or Rs 55 to trade at Rs 65,500 per kg on MCX. Apart from this, the fall in silver futures and the rise in the spot price were seen in the international market on Tuesday morning.




Gold price globally

Globally, gold futures fell on Tuesday morning and there was a rise in the spot price. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning, the global futures price of gold appeared to be trading at $ 1,850.60 an ounce, down 0.01 percent or $ 0.20 on Comex. Apart from this, the global spot price of gold is currently trading at $ 1,850.83 an ounce, up 0.38 percent or $ 6.94.

Silver price globally

Globally, silver futures fell on Tuesday morning and there was a spurt in the spot price. According to Bloomberg, on Tuesday morning, the March 2021 futures silver price fell by 0.25 per cent or $ 0.06 to trade at $ 25.22 an ounce on Comex. In addition to this, the global spot price of silver appeared to be trading at 0.25 per cent, or $ 0.24, at $ 25.15 an ounce.
