Gold Price Today: Amidst the uncertainty in the global market after Trump’s tariff, gold and silver are still the most favorite for investors. The price of MCX gold was Rs 95,239 per 10 grams at 8 am on April 19, that is, a decrease of 0.44 percent and a decline of Rs 422. While MCX silver was trading at Rs 95,001 per kg, down by Rs 36 or 0.04 percent.
Gold became cheaper
According to the Indian Bullion Association, the price of 24 carat gold was Rs 95,420 and 22 carat gold was Rs 87,468 per 10 grams. Whereas, silver was trading at the rate of Rs 95420 per kg. Now let’s know what are the new rates in your city on April 19-
In the national capital Delhi, the price of gold bullion was Rs 95,080 per 10 grams. MCX gold in Delhi was sold at Rs 95,239, while bullion silver in Delhi was sold at Rs 95,080 and MCX silver at Rs 05,001 per kg. If we talk about Mumbai, then gold was sold here at the rate of Rs 95,250 per 10 grams. While MCX gold was sold in the market at the rate of Rs 95,230, bullion silver at Rs 95,250 per kg and MCX silver at Rs 95,001 per kg.
Similarly, in Hyderabad, MCX Gold was sold at Rs 95,239 per 10 grams and silver at Rs 95,400 per kg. In Chennai, Max Gold was at Rs 95,239 per 10 grams, while MCX Silver was trading at Rs 95,001 per kg.
Decline after all-time high
Bullion gold was sold at Rs 95,120 per 10 grams in Kolkata, while MCX Gold was sold at Rs 95,230. Bullion gold was sold at Rs 95,320 per 10 grams in Bengaluru, while MCX Gold was sold at Rs 95,239 per 10 grams.
Earlier, due to strong global demand, the price of gold in the bullion market of the national capital Delhi on Thursday rose by Rs 70 to a new record high of Rs 98,170 per 10 grams. A day before that, on Wednesday, the price of gold of 99.9 percent purity rose by Rs 1,650 to an all-time high of Rs 98,100 per 10 grams.
Gold of 99.5% purity also rose by Rs 70 to a new peak of Rs 97,720 per 10 grams, while its closing level on Wednesday was Rs 97,650 per 10 grams.
