GoFirst wrote on its website – Double the vaccination and get double the benefits with GoFirst. Go-First has introduced the GOVACCI offer, in which our customers will get up to 20 percent discount on domestic flights who have taken both the shots of the anti-COVID-19 vaccine.
GoFirst Special Discount Offer
GOVACCI is an offer that is applicable to passengers who are residing in India at the time of booking for domestic flights only and who have taken both the vaccines. Travelers are required to carry their COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Or you will have to show your vaccination status on the Aarogya Setu mobile app at the airport check-in counter. Failure to do so, the applicable difference in fare and conversion charges may be recovered.
Meaning if you told at the time of flight booking that you have taken both the shots and got the discount but before boarding the flight you could not prove that you have got both the vaccines, then that exemption will be withdrawn from you. You have to pay the rest.
