New Delhi. The airline Go-First is giving free tickets to some passengers. But he is giving this facility because of a big mistake made due to his negligence. In fact, a Go-First flight took off and dropped 55 passengers at the airport itself. GoFirst flight from Bangalore to Delhi left without 55 passengers. Passengers traveling in the aircraft had taken check in and boarding pass. But the flight took off without taking the passengers. All these passengers kept waiting in the bus at the airport to board the plane.

This incident is of 9 January. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has sent a show cause notice to the airline for this matter on Tuesday. However, the airline took the stranded passengers to their destination after four hours. Now the aviation regulator DGCA has sought a report on this incident and said that appropriate action will be taken.

The airline took only two bus passengers
After security checking, a total of four buses were sent to take the passengers to the plane. The first two buses went ahead. When the airline came to know about the mistake, the passengers left at the airport were sent to Delhi by another flight after four hours.

Passengers given chance to travel free
In this case, the airline has removed all the crew of that flight till further orders. The airline has announced to give 1 free ticket across the country to all 55 passengers whose flight was missed. In 12 months, these passengers can book tickets for any city in the country. Go First has apologized to the passengers in the whole matter.
